Q. How do I make a reservation?
A. The best way to make a reservation is to call our office and talk with one of our knowledgeable staff members. You can also Email us at canadiancarandtruck@gmail.com. We can assist you in making the best decisions for your travel needs based on number of passengers, size of cargo, and destination.
Q. What do I need in order to rent a vehicle?
A. In order to rent a vehicle, we require a valid driver’s license along with a major credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express). The same name has to appear on the driver’s license and credit card. The credit card will be processed for a preauthorization starting at $500.00 (higher preauthorization amount based on term of rental)
Q. How long is a rental period?
A. All retail and insurance replacement rental “days” are based on a 24 Hour time period (pickup time to drop off time). Only ICBC insurance replacement rental “days” are based on a calendar day (midnight to midnight).
Q. Do we accept Prepaid cards or Visa Debit cards?
A. Since we are not able to perform a pre-authorization on these cards we cannot accept them to process the rental contract. However, we are able to accept them at the completion of the rental as final payment.

Q. Can I return the vehicle after hours?
A. Yes, we have a drop off box at the front of our store that you can deposit the rental keys into during the hours we are not open. Ask one of our friendly staff members to go over this process with you at the time of rent.
Q. Is there a place to leave my car when I rent a vehicle?
A. Yes, we have a secondary lot where you can leave a vehicle during your rental period.
